Are all Pennsylvanian’s Dutch?
“No, I think some are vampires… Oh wait! That’s TRANSILVANIA!”
-Laura Payne. (Aka. My momma)
So we stopped in Pennsylvania to eat at the Dutch Pantry where we thought we were going to get free food because the boy that gave us our drinks looked shy and very intimidated by us girls… and Rob. Saddly he was just the drink boy and an old lady took our orders and gave us our bills… Next time drink boy, next time.
We then loaded the bus to head to New Jersey to check into our hotel and then head to NYC!!!! The bus ride was long with anticipation of seeing such beautiful sights and experiencing something only most dream of…
But once again, things don’t always go as planned. I’m sure if you’ve read anyone else’s blog you’ve heard that we didn’t actually make it to New York. We ended up ordering take out and eating it in the lobby of our Comfort Inn hotel in Jersey.
If you know me you know my love of Chinese food is measureless, but it just wasn’t quite the night any of us had hoped for, no matter how good the crab rangoons (or fried cheese wong tongs as they are called on the east coast) were.
Oh well, tomorrow we will wake up get cute and head to the NYC. And I expect you all to call me Delilah and ask me what it’s like :)
Keep Reading, Lovelies!
PS. I love my girls. I don’t know what I’d do without them on nights like these. True friends don’t throw each other under the bus..
“But we’re on the bus?”
“Well he didn’t mean literally”
“No. I literally meant I will pick you up off the bus and throw you under it”
